Farishton ko dikhana tha, woh kirdar jo Muhammad hai.
The angels were to be shown a character who would embody such a noble example—Muhammad.
مختلف ناموں سے نبی کی ہر تصویر محمد ہے
Mukhtalif naamon se Nabi ki har tasveer Muhammad hai.
By different names, every manifestation of the Prophet is Muhammad.
یہ سجدہ آدم نہیں، دراصل سجدہ محمد ہے
Yeh sajda Adam nahin, dar-asal sajda Muhammad hai.
This prostration is not truly for Adam; in reality, it is a prostration before Muhammad.

خاک میں پوشیدہ ہے انسان کا رازِ زندگانی
Khak mein posheeda hai insaan ka raaz-e-zindigani.
Hidden within the earth is the secret of human life.
آب میں رحمت، ہوا میں گردشِ رحمانی
Aab mein rehmat, hawa mein gardish-e-rahmani.
In water is mercy; in air is the movement of the universe.
آگ میں طاقت بھی ہے، شعلہ بھی ہے، سوزِ نہاں
Aag mein taaqat bhi hai, shola bhi hai, soz-e-nihan.
In fire there is power, flame, and a hidden burning force.
نور میں جلوہ ہے حق کا، روشن ہے دونوں جہاں
Noor mein jalwa hai Haq ka, roshan hein dono jahan.
In light is a manifestation of the Truth, a sky of illumination.
خاک کہتی ہے: تو آخر مجھ میں آ کر سوئے گا
Khak kehti hai: Tu aakhir mujh mein aa kar soyega.
The earth says: In the end, you will return to me and rest within me.
آب کہتا ہے: ترے اندر زندگی کا خون ہے
Aab kehta hai: Tere andar zindagi ka khoon hai.
Water says: Within you flows the essence of life.
نسیم کہتی ہے: ،نظر اتی نہیں دیکھو میں پھر بھی ہوں رواں
Naseem kehti hai: Nazar aati nahin, phir bhi huin dekho rawaan.
The wind says: I cannot be seen, yet I am ever moving.
آگ کہتی ہے: میں جلا دوں، گر نہ ہو ابراہیمی ایمان
Aag kehti hai: Main jala doon, gar na ho Ibrahimi imaan.
Fire says: I can burn, if the hidden force within me is not restrained.
ابلیس نے آتش کو اپنی برتری کا راز کہا
Iblees ne aatish ko apni bartari ka raaz kaha.
Iblis made fire the basis of his claim to superiority.
خاکِ آدم کو حقیر جانا، یہی اس کی تھی خطا
Khak-e-Adam ko haqeer jaana, yahi us ki thi khata.
He considered Adam’s clay inferior—and therein lay his error.
آگ خود مجرم نہ تھی، غرورِ تھا اس ذات کا
Aag khud mujrim na thi, ghuroor tha us zaat ka.
Fire itself was not guilty; the guilt was the arrogance of the self.
نار سے مرتبہ نہیں بڑھتا ہے بندۂ کائنات کا؟
Naar se martaba nahi barhta hai banda-e-kainaat ka?
How can being made from fire raise the rank of a servant of the universe?
پانچ عنصر، پانچ پردے، پانچ آئینِ جہاں
Paanch unsur, paanch parday, paanch aa'in-e-jahan.
Five elements, five veils, five laws of the universe.
ہر طرف جلوہ ہے اس کا، ہر طرف اس کا نشاں
Har taraf jalwa hai us ka, har taraf us ka nishan.
His signs are everywhere, and His manifestation is seen in every direction.
نہ ہوا اپنی، نہ پانی، نہ یہ مٹی، نہ شعلے کا شرار
Na hawa apni, na paani, na yeh mitti, na sholey ka sharar.
Neither air belongs to itself, nor water, nor earth, nor flame.
سب اسی سے قائم، سب اسی کا ہے اختیار
Sab usi se qa'im, sab usi ka hai ikhtiyar.
All exist by His command; all remain under His authority.
یہ عناصر خدا نہیں، وہ صرف ہیں کارندے خدا
Yeh anasir Khuda nahin, woh sirf hein karinde Khuda.
These elements are not God themselves; they are only signs of God.
جو دیکھے سب مال و متاع، مگر خالق نہ دیکھا، تو کیا دیکھا؟
Jo dekhe sab maal-o-mataa, magar Khaliq na dekha, to kya dekha?
If one sees all the wealth and possessions of creation, but does not see the Creator, then what has one truly seen?
خاک سے آدم بنا، آتش سے ابلیس آزمایا گیا
Khak se Adam bana, aatish se Iblees aazmaya gaya.
Adam was created from clay, while Iblis was tested through his association with fire.
فرق صرف عنصر کا نہیں—دل کا مقام دکھایا گیا
Farq sirf unsur ka nahin—dil ka maqam dikhaya gaya.
The difference was not merely in the element; it was the station of the heart that was revealed.
