ابدی سچائی ♡ Ab-di Sachayi♡ The Eternal truth
سورج ڈھلا دل نے کہا ایک روز کم ہوا
Sooraj dhala dil ne kaha aik roz kam hua
The sun set, and my heart said: one more day has passed away.
اسی طرح سے مدارِ دنیا کا شب سے باہم ہوا
Isi tarah se madar-e-duniya ka shab se baaham hua
Thus the cycle of the world became intertwined with the coming of night.
جو دیوتا تھا دن میں میرا وہ غائب صنم ہوا
Jo devta tha din mein mera woh ghaib sanam hua
The deity I admired by day vanished like a disappearing idol.
تب دانا اس ایک خالق کے سجود میں خم ہوا
Tab Dana us aik Khaliq ke sujood mein kham hua
The wise one bowed humbly in prostration before the One Creator.
چاند آیا آسماں پہ پھر گھٹ گھٹ کے ختم ہوا
Chaand aaya aasman pe phir ghat ghat ke khatam hua
The moon appeared in the sky, then gradually waned until it disappeared.
مگر وہ بڑھا گھٹا پھر ایک دن نہاں ہوا
Magar woh barhta ghat phir aik din nihaan hua
Yet it too waxes and wanes, and one day disappears from sight.
ستاروں کی انجمن نے بھی اپنی حد کا پتہ دیا
Sitaron ki anjuman ne bhi apni had ka pata diya
Even the gathering of stars revealed the limits of its existence.
ہر اک چراغِ فلک کبھی روشن اور فنا ہوا
Har aik chiragh-e-falak kabhi roshan aur fana hua
Every lamp of the heavens is bright at times and dim at others.
جو ڈھل نہ سکا زمانوں سے وہی میرا خدا ہوا
Jo dhal na saka zamanon se wohi mera Khuda hua
The One who never declines through the ages is my Lord.
نہ صبح اس کو بدل سکی نہ شام سے جدا ہوا
Na subah us ko badal saki na shaam se juda hua
Neither morning could change Him, nor evening separate Him from His eternal nature.
زمین و آسماں بدلے، بدل گیا ہر اک نشاں
Zameen-o-aasmaan badlay, badal gaya har aik nishan
The earth and the heavens changed, and every sign was transformed.
مگر ازل سے ابد وہی ایک آشنا ہوا
Magar azal se abad wohi aik aashna hua
But from eternity to eternity, He alone remains the everlasting Companion.
