آج تیرا ہے اگر یہ دور تو کل میرا ہوگا
Aaj tera hai agar yeh daur to kal mera hoga
If today this era belongs to you, tomorrow it shall belong to me.
اسی طرح سے دنیا میں سویرا ہوگا
Isi tarah se duniya mein sawera hoga
Thus does a new dawn arrive in the world.
تاریخ کرے گی جب تیرے عملوں کا بیان
Tareekh kare gi jab tere aamaalon ka bayaan
When history recounts the story of your deeds,
بتائے گا حق کیا ہے تیرے قدرت کا میزان
Bataye ga Haq kya hai tere qudrat ka meezan
Truth shall reveal the true measure of your power.
نہ تخت نہ تاج رہے گا نہ جنگ کا میدان
Na takht na taaj rahe ga na jang ka maidan
Neither throne nor crown nor battlefield shall remain forever.
تیرے بچوں کے لیے ہوگا وہ عبرت کا مقام
Tere bachon ke liye hoga woh ibrat ka maqam
For your children, it shall become a lesson and a warning.
عروج پر جا کے ہر شے کا ہوتا ہے زوال
Urooj par ja ke har shay ka hota hai zawaal
Everything that rises eventually declines.
برائے کل کے لیے بھیج کچھ اچھے اعمال
Baraye kal ke liye bhej kuch achay aamaal
Send forth some good deeds for the tomorrow that awaits you.
چھوڑ دے دانا وقت بچوں کے لیے کچھ اچھے انعام
Chhor de Dana waqt bachon ke liye kuch achay inaam
O Dana, leave behind some noble gifts for the children of time.
ناز کرے گی دنیا تجھ پر، بچے بھیجیں گے سلام
Naaz kare gi duniya tujh par, bachay bhejein ge salaam
The world shall take pride in you, and children will send you salutations.
