الفتے دنیا میں نادان ہے لیے ایک عارضی بھرم

Ulfatey duniya mein nadan hai liye ek arzi bharam

In the love for this world and ignorant is in an illusion 

گردشے دنیا میں انسان ہے کیسا مجبور ہے اس کا صنم

Gardish e duniya mein insan hai kesa majboor hai uska sanam.

how helpless his idol is also rotating on the earth with others

عالم مایوسی میں کیوں نہ ہو جائے مایوس ہم

Alam e mayoosi mein kuin na hojaye mayoos ham . 

In a state of sadness, why should we not be disappointed in this world?

جس کو دنیا نے دیے ہیں سارے غم

Jisko duniya ne diye hein sarey gham

To whom the world has given all the sorrows

کس وجہ سے مطمئن ہے دانا فہم

Kis wajha se mutmayeen hai Dana e Faham

For what reason scholar's conceptionally content?

ایک ہی رحمان ہے جو عالموں کا ہے شاہ عالم

Ek hi Rahman hai jo Alamo ka hai Shah Alam

There is only one merciful Lord who is the owner of the universe and the King of the Scholars
