زمیں کی دھڑکن کو سنو بعد دل کی دھڑکن کو سنو
Zamin ki dhadkan ko suno bad dil ki dhadkan ko suno

Listen to the beat of the earth, then listen to the beat of your heart.

میں نے کیا ظلم کیا میری دھڑکن کو سنو
Mein ne kiya zulm kiya meri dhadkan ko suno

What wrong have I done? Listen to me.

  کیا  میں نے کھانا نہ دیا تازی آب و هوا  نہ دیا 
Kiya mein ne khana na diya taazi aab o hawa na diya 

Did I not give you food or fresh water and air?

میں نے کیا ظلم کیا میری دھڑکن کو سنو
Mein ne kiya zulm kiya meri dhadkan ko suno

 What injustice have I done? Listen to my heart beat..

تیری اندھا دھند بمباری  نے مجھے تکلیف دیا
Tiri andha dhund bamubari ne majhe takleef diya
Your indiscriminate bombing hurt me.

یہ نیا سال کس کو مبارک ہو میری تو سنو
 Yeh naya sal kisko mubark ho meri dhadkan ko suno
 . Who should congratulate this New Year? Listen to my heart beat.

تیرے نیا سال سے زمین کو کیا یاری ہے

Terey naya sal se zamin ko kiya yaari hay

What good does your new year bring to the earth?

ہر دور ایک نیا انقلاب  کی  چنگاری ہے
Har dor ek niya inqilab ke chingari hay

Every era initiates a spark of a new revolution.


زمین کو بنا کے شمس کی گردش میں کیا
zamin ko bana ke shams ki gardish mein kiya

One who has created the earth made it revolve around the sun.

ہر سال و دور کو ساتھ گردش میں کیا

Har saal o dor ko sath gardish mein kiya

Every year and era comply with the laws of its rotation 

نہ نیا سال کسی ایک موسم کا ہوا

Na naya saal kisi ek mosam ka huwa

The new year has no contract bonding to the season.

نہ سرد و گرم کسی ایک ماہ کا ہوا
Na sard o garam kisi ek mah ka huwa

Neither cold nor hot weather has contract bonding to a single month

زمیں کی فطرت میں بدلتی یاری ہے
zamin ki fitrat mein badilti yaari hay

There is a changing nature in the earth.

اگر اج میری ہے تو کل تیری باری ہے
Agar aj meri hay to kal teri bari hay

If today is mine, tomorrow is your turn.

تجھ سے بھی زیادہ ہیں ظالم اس دنیا میں
tujh se bhi ziyadah hein zaalim eis duniya mein

There have been more oppressors than you in this world.

وہ  پیرامڈ چھوڑ گئے نشاں بنا کے دنیا میں

Woh  piramid chhod gaye nishan bana ke duniya mein 

They left the pyramids as a landmark on the earth.

فرعون کی ممی سے عبرت طاری ہے
firaun ki mami se eibrat taari hay

There is a lesson to be learned from the Pharaoh's mummy.

اس عرضی دنیا سے تجھے کیوں یاری ہے

Eis arzi duniya se tujhey kuin yaari hay

What good is this world to you?
