Broken Heart دل مضطر


بڑی مشکل سے سنبھالا تھا اپنے دل کو
Bari mushkil se sambhala tha apney dil ko
With great hardship. I was able to manage my heart.

ایک نادار کی طرح منایا تھا اپنے دل کو
Ek nadan ki tarha manaya tha apney dil ko
I made my heart agree like a homeless person.

دنیا نہ کسی کی باوفا تھی نہ وفادار ہوئی
Duniya na kisi ki bawafa thi na wafadar huyi
The world was neither loyal nor loyal to anyone.

نہ سلطنت سکندر بھی اس کی دعویدار ہوئی
Na Saltanat e Sikandar bhi eiski dawedaar huyi
Not even Alexander's kingdom could claim it.

بدلتے وقت نے سمجھایا ہے اپنے دل کو
Badal te waqt ne samjhaya hai apney dil ko
The changing time has explained my heart.

حقیقت کر کے بیان  بتایا ہے اپنے دل کو
Haqiqat kar ke bayan bataya hai apney dil ko
The truth has been told to the heart in black and white 

یہ باد ے چمن ہمیشہ سے نہ گلزار ہوئی
Yeh baad e chaman hamesha se na gulzaar huyi
This garden breeze has not always been blooming for anyone

موسم ے بہار پر خضا قبضہ دار ہوئی
Mosam e bahar par khiza qabazedar huyi
Autum has taken over Spring

دنیا میں چھوڑے نشاں اخرت کی تقدیر ہوئی
Duniya ke choley Nishan akhirat ki taqdeer huyi
The mark left in the world was destined for the hereafter.

جتنا پیچھا کیا اتنی ہی دور ہوئی
Jita pacha kiya utni hi door huyi
The more it has been chased, the farther it went, to grab.

وقت کے ساتھ چلو دانا اس میں قناعت کر لو
Waqt ke sath chalo Dana eismey qanaat karlo
Go with the times and be content with what you get.

سب بٹ کے چلو اخرت کی امانت بھر لو
Sab baat ke chalo akhirat ki amanat bharlo
Give away everything and collect the bounties of here after.
