عقل بند تو نہیں Aql band tow nahi

سر بند ہیں مگر عقل بند تو نہیں
Sar band hein magar aql band tow nahi
The head is covered, but the mind is not closed

روشن دماغ روشنی علم سے لیتے ہیں
Roshan dimagh roshani iLm se letey hein
Enlightened minds derive light from knowledge

عقل سے علم کرے حاصل عقلمندی ہے
Aql se iLm karey hasil aqalmandi hai
Wisdom is gained by knowledge

کنڈ ذہنوں کی یہ سر بندی ہے
Kund zahno ki yeh Sar bandi hai
This is the head wrap for the sluggish minds

اگر کوئی عمل ترقی کے رکاوٹ بن جائے
Agar koi amal taraqi ki rukawat ban jaye
If a process becomes an obstacle to progress

تیری سوچ اور  دانائی میں گھر پہ بندش بن جائے
Teri such aur fikr mein gar yeh bandish banjaye 
Let your thoughts and imagination become closed

حفاظتی تہوں سے بچا کے رکھا ہے دانہ زمیں کو.خورشید کی  شعاعیں سے 
 Hifazati tahaon (ozone ) se bacha ke rakhkha Dana Khursheed ki shuwaon se
The earth has been kept safe from the protective ozone layer

ورنہ  ساری زمین بے جان صحرا  بن جائے
Warna sari zamin bejaan sahara (registan) ban jaye

Otherwise, the whole earth will become lifeless
