کتنا معقد و کامل ہے جسم انسانی
Kitna maa-qad o Kamil hai jism insani
How complex and perfect is the human body

کتنا مشکل ہے ہر عزہ کا وظیفہ ترجمانی
Kitna mushkil hai aaeizah ka wazifa tarjumani
How difficult is the interpretation of the function of body parts 

کچھ وہ ہیں جو سجدہ شکر میں ہیں ععرفانی
Kuch woh hein jo sajdah e shukr mein hein irfani
Some are those who became Mystical in prostration, 

اکثریت نے کی خودی اپنے حق میں بے معنی
Aksariyat ne ki khudi apney haq bemaani
The majority of them have cheated themselves

کچھ کشتی ے دنیا میں رب کو ڈھونڈتے ہیں
Kuch kashti e duniya mein Rab ko dundhtein hein
Some in the mortal boat  seek the Lord of the universe 

مادی کشتی میں ہم سب خودی کو ڈھونڈتے ہیں
Madi kishti mein ham sab khudi ko dhundtein hein
In the material boat, the majority search their own self

صورتیں ایک سی ہیں انسان کی مگر کیوں نہیں لگتی دانا کو
Suratein ek si hein insaan ki magar kuin nahi lagti Dana ko

The bodies are the same, though they don't appeare same to the sage

دل کشیدہ ہیں ان کے جو لیے قلب میں ہیں بدگمانی
Dil kasheedah hein unkey jo liye qalb mein bad-gumani
The hearts are strained for those who have misgivings in their hearts

سوا رب کے اس کی باتوں کو کون جانے
Siwa Rab ke uski baaton kon  janey
Only the Lord knows the events of the tomorrow 

دانہ تو کل کی بات تک نہیں جانے
Dana tow Kal ki baat tak nahi janey
The sage man doesn't even know until tomorrow, 

عمل کرتا ہوں نیت دل میں ہے میرے
Aml karta huin niyat dil mein hai merey
I act accordingly, and the intention is in my heart

ہماری زندگی کا انجام کیا ہوگا وہی جانے
Hamari zindigi ka anjaam kiya hoga wahi janey
Only He knows the ultimate accomplishment of my life.
