بیدار امام زمانہ ہیں لیکن تم بیدار نہیں

Bedaar imam zamana hein lekin tum bedaar nahi

The imam of the time is awake, but you are not awake

بیدار ہونا تھا جسے 

وہ تو بے دار  نہیں

Bedaar hona tha jisey woh tow bedar nahi

One who had to wake up, which he is without it

دانا جوش نے جوش میں کہہ دیا تھا شعر

Dana Josh ne Josh mein keh diya tha  shayer

Dana Josh had enthusiastically said the poem of awakening

چراغ تلے اندھیرا ہم تو تیار ہی نہیں

Chiragh taley andhera ham tow tayiyar hi nahi

We are not ready as the darkness is under the lamp itself
