The Ascension of the Beloved of God

جب رب بلا لے اسماں سے اپنے حبیب کو
Jab Rab bula le asmaan se apne Habeeb ko
When the Lord calls His beloved from the skies above,
The heavens tremble, touched by divine love.

فرشتوں میں محمد کے انے کی بات ہوتی ہے
Farishton mein Muhammad ke aane ki baat hoti hai
Among angels spreads the whisper, Muhammad’s arrival they keep,
تصور انسان سے باہر اس کی پرواز ہوتی ہے
Tasawwur insaan se baahar us ki parwaaz hoti hai
Beyond human thought, his ascension takes a leap,
وہ مخلص حبیب الہی ہے جس کو معراج ہوتی ہے
Woh mukhlis Habeeb-e-Ilahi hai jisko Me’raaj hoti hai
He’s the sincere Beloved of God, whom the heavens greet in sleep.

بےحد و بے نظیر رب
The Boundless, Fathomless Lord
♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
غیر قابل قیاس سے
Ghair qabil-e-qayas se
Beyond all measure, none can guess,
وہ با خیال ہے
Woh ba-khayaal hai
He is thoughtful, full of tenderness.
وہ میرا پاک رب ذوالجلال ہے
Woh mera paak Rab Zuljalal hai
He is my Pure Lord, the Glorious, Majestic and All.
سمندر بھی سوکھ جائیں اگر صفاتوں کا کریں بیان
Samandar bhi sookh jaayein agar sifaaton ka karein bayaan
Even oceans would dry if His virtues we recite,
نہ ابتدا نہ انتہا زمین سے اسمان
Na ibtida na intiha zameen se asmaan
No beginning, no end — from earth to the height divine.
بخاری حدیث نہ معتبر ہے
Bukhari hadees na mo'tabar hai
Even Bukhari’s words hold no compare,
لا محدود رب کا حسن معتبر ہے
La-mehdood Rab ka husn mo'tabar hai
Only the Infinite Lord’s beauty is truly rare.
ننانوے ناموں میں وہ قلم بند نہیں
Nananwe naamon mein woh qalam band nahin
He’s not confined to ninety-nine names divine,
رب ذوالجلال حدوں میں بند نہیں
Woh Rabb-e-Zuljalal hudon mein band nahin
The Lord of Majesty, beyond all bounds and line.
جس کا نہ ابتدا نہ انتہا کا ہو کوئی شمار
Jis ka na ibtida na intiha ka ho koi shumaar
He has no beginning, no end, beyond all measure afar,
Infinite glory, His light outshines every star.
سات آسمانوں میں اس کا بسر ہے ضرور
Saat asmanon mein uska basar hai zaroor
Across seven heavens His presence does endure,
Majestic and boundless, eternal and pure.
حبیب تھے مہمان الہی محمد سے پوچھیے
Habeeb the mehmaan-e-Ilahi, Muhammad se poochhiye
Ask Muhammad, the Beloved Guest of the Divine,
معراج کے پرواز کے تیار حبیبِ الہی سے پوچھیے
Mairaj ke parwaz ke tayyar, Habeeb-e-Ilahi se poochhiye
Ask that divine beloved, ready for ascension’s flight,
How heaven bowed in wonder to his glowing light..
ذوالفقار کے مالک علی کے وار سے پوچھیے
Zulfiqar ke malik Ali ke waar se poochhiye
Ask Ali, the Master of Zulfiqar’s might,
کس کے لیے ہے وقف آیت تطہیر جبرائیل سے پوچھیے
Kis ke liye hai waqf Ayat-e-Tatheer, Jibraeel se poochhiye
Ask Jibraeel, for whom was Ayat-e-Tatheer’s light .descended
اہلِ البیت کریں گے لامحدود کی عمل سے وضاحت
Ahl-e-bait karein ge la-mahdood ki amal se wazahat
The sacred family will show through deeds so bright,
The meaning of the Infinite, revealed in light.

خود نمائی میں مشہور تھا ابلیس کے درجات
Khud numai mein mashhoor tha Iblees ke darajaat
While pride cast Iblis from his lofty place.
