حسین بہترانقلابی شعلوں میں سے ایک  شعله  درک شان تھا

Husain bahattar inqilabi sholon mein se ek shola darkashan tha

1.     Hussain was a beautiful flame among the seventy-two flames

 

بہن زینب ان شعلوں کی کنڈیل بن گئی

Behan Zainab ein sholon ki Qandeel ban gayi

2.     Sister Zainab became the wick of these flames

 

چراغ  کر بلا بنی روشنی انسانیت کی

Chiragh Karbala bani Roshni insaniyat ki

3.     Sooner the Karbala symbolized as lamp of humanity

 

اس چراغ کی زینب فانوس بن گئی

Eis Chiragh ki Zainab Fanoos ban gayi

4.     Zainab became the chandelier of these lights

 

جب اسیر ہو کہ أَهْل ٱلْبَيْت, چلے شام کی طرف

Jab Aseer (qaidi) ho key Ahlulbayte chaley Sham ki taraf

5.     When the Ahl ul-Bayte were taken captive, and proceeded in a carvan towards Syria

 

زینب اسیروں کی آواز بن گئی

Zainab aseeron ki awaz ban gayi

6.     Zainab became the voice of captives

 

حسین کے لاش کو جب گھوڑوں نے زمین میں ضم کر دیا

Husain ke lash ko jab gohron (horses) ne zamin mein zam kar diya

7.     When Hussain's body was trampled by horses  on the ground

 

زینب نے نیزے پہ بولتا بھائی کا سر دے  دیا

Zainab ne nezey pe bolta bhayi ka sar de diya

8.     Zainab turned her brother's into a speaking head while on the spear

 

سفیر بن کے زینب چلی دربار شام کو

Safeer ban ke chali Zainab Darbar e Sham ko

9.     Being an Ambassador  Zainab proceeded towards palace of  Yazid

 

شام میں درباریوں کو ایک انقلابی پیغام دے دیا

Sham mein Darbarion ko ek inqilabi paigham de diya

10.She Gave a revolutionary message to courtiers in the palace of Yazid

 

یہ یزید خاندان محمد نے تیرے ارادوں کو ناکام کر دیا

Ye Yazid Khandan e Muhammad ne terey iradon ko na kaam kar diya

11.O Yazid dynasty of Muhammad thwarted your intentions

 

بچا لیا دین اسلام ہے نہ حسین نے اب تو بتا

Bacha liya deen Islam hai na Husain ne ab tu bata

12.Now the saved religion is Islam, tell me the truth

 

حسین جیتا تو ہارا ہے نہ سچ اب تو بتا

Husain jeetey tu hara hai na sach ab tu bata

13.Hussain won then you lost, now tell me the truth

 

تو نے نا نا محمد کے خواب کو سچا کردیا

Tuney nana Muhammad ke khawab ko sachcha kar diya

14.You made grandfather Muhammad's dream come true

 

 

شہادت حسین نے کربلا کو جنت کر دیا

Shahadat e Husain ne Karbala ko janat kar diya

15.Hussain's martyrdom made Karbala a paradise

 

حسین نے نبی کے پیغام کو لوہے محفوظ کر دیا

Husain ne nabi ke paigham ko lohey mahfooz kar diya

16.Hussain preserved the message of the Prophet in an iron clad

 

دین کے قلعے کو دانا مکمل کر دیا

Deen ke Qila ko Dana ne Mukamal kar diya

17.Prudent divine power completed the fortress of Islam

 

خاندان نبوی کے تعاون سے اسلام کو حسین نے محفوظ کر دیا

Khandan Nabi ki Taawun (support) se Islam ko Husain Mahfooz kar diya

18.Hussain saved Islam with the support of the Prophet's family

 

با کمال فاطمہ بنت محمد اور  زینب بنت علی دو نساء

Ba Kamal Fatima binte Muhammad aur Zainab binte Ali do nisa

19. Now the religion of Muhammad is saved by Hussain

 

ان دو خاتونوں نے دی ہے اسلام کو دائمی ضیاء

Ein do Khatoon no ne di hai Islam ko dayimi zia

20.These two women have given Islam a permanent illumination
